Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Twiggy stores about you, why, and who it is shared with. The controller of this data is DIGITAL AX LTDA, company number 62.063.712/0001-07.

What we store

• Your email. It is how you sign in — Twiggy uses no password.
• Name and country, when they come from the purchase, and the language you use in the app.
• Your city and its coordinates. That is what lets us match watering to the weather and know which season your plant is in. It is not your live location: it is the city you picked, or a single GPS reading if you allowed one.
• Photos of your plants and what the analysis found in them — species, condition, problems.
• Your use of the app: plants added, check-ups, completed tasks and care streak.

What we do NOT store

Card details. They are entered inside the payment platform's environment — Paddle or Hotmart, depending on where you bought — and never touch our servers. We only receive confirmation that the charge happened.

Who we share with

Only with those needed for the app to work:

• Paddle.com — processes payment for people who subscribe on the site, as Merchant of Record. Receives your email, country and billing details.
• Hotmart — processes payment for people who buy through it. Receives your email, country and billing details.
• Google (Gemini) — analyses plant photos to identify species and problems. The photo is sent for that analysis.
• Cloudflare (R2) — stores the photos.
• Open-Meteo — turns a city name into coordinates and returns the forecast. Receives the city or the coordinates, never your identity.
• Resend — delivers the emails the app sends.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

For how long

As long as your account exists. Cancelling a subscription deletes nothing — that is deliberate, so you come back and find your history. To actually delete it, ask via the email below.

Your rights

You have the right to know what we store, correct it, request a copy and request deletion. Write to digitalaxsuporte@gmail.com and we answer within 15 days. Name, city and language you edit yourself in Profile, any time.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, we store your browser's push subscription so we can send them. Revoking the permission in your browser ends that immediately.

Minors

Twiggy is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we tell you by email before the change takes effect.
